If your customers are enrolled with Zelle®, they can send payments directly to your Fremont Bank checking account with just your email address, U.S. mobile phone number, Zelle® QR Code, or Zelle® Tag.

Pay trusted suppliers and vendors, or easily reimburse employees for expenses fast — within minutes between enrolled users — directly from one account to another.

Request

Use Zelle® to request money from your enrolled customers when payments are due. They’ll receive a notification telling them you requested payment with Zelle®.

Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. Zelle® should only be used to send or receive money with people you know and trust. Before using Zelle® to send money, you should confirm the recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number. Neither Fremont Bank nor Zelle® offers purchase protection for payments made with Zelle® — for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for, or the item is not as described or as you expected. If the recipient has not enrolled, the payment will expire after 14 calendar days. Payment requests and split payment requests can only be sent to enrolled Zelle® users.
