How do I change or add another email address, phone number, or mailing address?

There are several ways to update your information:

  • Log in to your Fremont Bank account and access Update Contact Information from the menu.
  • Contact our Client Contact Center at (800) 359-BANK(2265).
  • Send us a Secure Message within Online and Mobile Banking.

You will receive an email and Secure Message from Fremont Bank when a request is made. For added security, a six-digit code will be sent to your registered email address or phone via voice or text. Simply enter the code to finalize the update. You'll receive a second email once your request is complete.

Updated contact information may take up to two business days to propagate through the systems. For security purposes, we may contact you if clarification or verification is needed.
