Their story is one of teamwork, troubleshooting, and a love for making a difference.

How long have you worked at Fremont Bank, and what’s your role? What does your day-to-day look like?

I’ve been with Fremont Bank for 10 years and currently lead the Banking Systems team, supporting and managing our core banking systems.

What do you enjoy most about your job? What motivates you each day?

I enjoy collaborating with teams across the bank to update and deliver banking solutions that support both our internal teams and external clients.

What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?

My strength has been troubleshooting complex issues and partnering with multiple teams to align business needs and technical delivery.

What is your favorite classic rock group from the ’70s? How about from the ’80s?

This is a tough choice, since I have many favorites, but I’ll go with the Eagles from the ’70s and Metallica from the ’80s. The guitar solo in “Hotel California” is still one of the greatest I’ve ever heard. Metallica is one of the greatest bands of all time, and I’ve been a fan since their debut album. Though their styles and genres are very different, I appreciate the music of both.

What's your favorite superhero or Muppet?

My favorite superhero is Spider-Man. When we were kids, my brother was bitten by a spider, and I was convinced he was about to develop Spider-Man powers. My plan was to get bitten next if it worked — because what’s better than one Spider-Man? Two. In hindsight, that probably wouldn’t have gone well, seeing as I’m afraid of heights, swinging from trees and buildings, and… spiders.
