I have worked at Fremont Bank for 10 years as a Commercial Loan Specialist in Construction, supporting construction lending. In my role, I manage various aspects of the construction loan process, including draw administration, reviewing invoices, change orders, and lien waivers to process borrower payments. I also help ensure compliance with bank guidelines by monitoring building inspections and project budgets. Through careful coordination and attention to detail, I help support construction projects from inception through completion.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is seeing a construction project progress from the initial stages through completion. It is rewarding to play a part in helping bring projects to life and to see the finished result after months of planning, coordination, and hard work.

My greatest strength is my attention to detail and ability to effectively manage complex processes. As a Construction Loan Specialist, I coordinate multiple aspects of construction lending, maintain accurate loan records, and work closely with borrowers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward. With my three children now grown, I enjoy spending more time traveling with my husband and exploring new destinations around the world. Some of my favorite places I've visited are London, Amsterdam, Taiwan, Hawaii, and Sydney, Australia. I'm always looking forward to the next adventure.

I enjoy trying new food finds from Costco, especially when they introduce unique or seasonal items. I also love picking up pastries from Chinatown, with pineapple buns and egg tarts being two of my favorites.
