I have worked at Fremont Bank for 20 years. I manage Account Services, Deposit Data Integrity, and Research & Adjustments.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout my many years at Fremont Bank. Being able to pass along that insight, provide guidance, and support the development of others is incredibly rewarding to me. I take pride in helping team members build their confidence, expand their skills, and reach their full potential. Knowing that my contributions can positively impact their growth and success is what makes my work truly meaningful.
What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?
My greatest strength as a business professional is the depth of knowledge I’ve built through experience and a strong commitment to continuous learning. When I first entered banking, I had no prior experience, I and started part-time in a branch role. From the beginning, I took it upon myself to learn as much as I could—asking questions, studying processes, and seeking opportunities to grow. Over time, that dedication allowed me to build a solid foundation of knowledge across multiple areas of the organization.
What sets this strength apart is not just the knowledge itself, but the initiative and perseverance behind how I gained it. I have consistently taken ownership of my development, adapting to new challenges, expanding my skill set, and applying what I’ve learned to improve processes and support my team. This journey—from starting with no experience to becoming a knowledgeable and trusted resource—has shaped my approach to leadership, and it continues to drive my commitment to growth, both for myself and for those I support.
What's your favorite movie genre, and why?
I love anything by A24 Studio — they always create interesting films. They don’t stick to just one genre; I have watched almost all of them, just missing a few newer ones.
What does your current music playlist look like?
Since seeing the Michael Jackson movie, my daughter and I have been blasting Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson!
